Beyond The Cup

1. From each bag of coffee purchased, $5 AUD is allocated to the charity selected by the customer from the participating charities available at the time of purchase.
2. The participating charities may change over time, and Beyond The Cup reserves the right to add, remove, or replace charities with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
3. Donations are made periodically and only on completed purchases. Donations from refunded orders may still be processed at Beyond The Cup’s discretion.
4. Beyond The Cup makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all funds are allocated to the chosen charity. However, if a charity is no longer available or able to receive funds, Beyond The Cup will attempt to allocate the donation to a similar charity.
5. Donations are not tax deductible and do not constitute a direct donation from the customer to the charity.
6. Beyond The Cup may share donation totals or updates publicly, including on the website, to promote transparency.
7. All participating charities are registered Australian charities, and Beyond The Cup operates in accordance with its agreements with each charity.
