Beyond The Cup

1. Scope
This policy covers shipping for all orders placed with Beyond The Cup within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated per order using AusPost business rates and are paid by the customer.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Orders will typically be delivered within 1–3 business days. Most orders will be delivered the next business day.
Delays may occur due to the shipping company, and Beyond The Cup is not responsible for such delays.
4. Order Processing
Orders are shipped after payment is received.
• Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:30pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
• If an item is damaged, Beyond The Cup will provide a replacement or refund.
• If an item is lost and it is the courier’s fault, Beyond The Cup will provide a replacement or refund.
• If there is a signed proof of delivery or the customer fails to pick up the order from the post office in time, no replacement or refund will be provided.
• Customers must report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
6. Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking email for all shipped orders.
7. Large Orders
There are no restrictions on shipping products. For large orders, please contact Beyond The Cup via email so we can assist with potentially better shipping rates.
