Beyond The Cup

1. Scope
This policy covers both products purchased from Beyond The Cup and the associated charitable allocation of $5 AUD per bag of coffee.
Refunds or replacements are only provided for damaged or faulty products. Refunds for change of mind are not available.
2. Damaged or Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, customers may request either a replacement or a refund.
• Customers must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Customer to confirm whether a refund or replacement is preferred.
3. Donations
• Donations of $5 per bag are allocated once the order is completed.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, the donation will not be allocated.
• If a product is replaced due to being damaged or faulty, the donation will still be allocated.
4. Returns Process
• Customers must contact Beyond The Cup via email orders@beyondthecup.com.au or phone 1800 818 118 before returning any product.
• Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Only products that are damaged or faulty will be accepted for return.
5. Shipping Costs
• Beyond The Cup covers all shipping costs for replacements of damaged or faulty products.
• Customer may dispose of any damaged or faulty products once confirmation has been provided by Beyond The Cup.
6. Refunds
• Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Exceptions & Individual Cases
Situations not explicitly covered in this policy will be considered on an individual basis, and decisions will be made at Beyond The Cup’s discretion.
