These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Beyond The Cup website and the purchase of products from Beyond The Cup.
By accessing this website or purchasing products from Beyond The Cup, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website.

3. Products and Services
Beyond The Cup sells coffee products through its website and may from time to time operate online fundraising campaigns.
From each bag of coffee sold, $5 AUD is allocated to a charitable organisation selected by the customer from a list of participating charities that Beyond The Cup has agreements with.
Beyond The Cup may update or change participating charities at any time.
4. Charitable Contributions
A contribution of $5 AUD per bag of coffee purchased will be allocated to the charity selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
These contributions:
• are not tax deductible
• are not considered a direct donation from the customer to the charity
• are distributed by Beyond The Cup in accordance with its agreements with participating charities.
Beyond The Cup makes reasonable efforts to ensure funds are distributed appropriately but does not guarantee specific outcomes from charitable contributions.
5. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through the Beyond The Cup website.
Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
Beyond The Cup reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including but not
limited to:
• suspected fraud
• payment issues
• product availability errors
• pricing errors.
WHERE COFFEE GOES FURTHERIf an order is cancelled after payment has been made and before the order has been shipped,
Beyond The Cup will provide a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping
Beyond The Cup currently ships Australia-wide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post business shipping rates and are paid by the customer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and Beyond The Cup is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Refunds and Replacements
Beyond The Cup does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are available where a product:
• arrives damaged
• arrives faulty
• does not match the product ordered.
Customers must contact Beyond The Cup at orders@beyondthecup.com.au within 7 days and may be asked to provide photos or further information.
Where appropriate, Beyond The Cup may offer:
• a replacement product, or
• a refund.
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
8. User Accounts
Customers may create an account on the Beyond The Cup website, however an account is not required to place an order.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
Beyond The Cup reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is suspected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond The Cup will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• the purchase of products
• participation in charitable contribution programs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
